Caulflower soup is probably the king of all soups. If you love delicate textures and a hearty dish. This is the one for you
1 medium cauliflower
1 clove garlic
2 stacks celery
1 litre/3 1/2 cups vegetable stock
salt and pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped chives (optional)
2-3 tbsp cream, dairy or vegan (optional)
Cut the cauliflower into florets, the onion into quarters and the celery into chunks.
Make up your vegetable stock with hot water and 3 vegetable stock cubes.
Place the large florets of cauliflower into your Froothie Evolve hot jug first, then the onion, celery and garlic.
Add the stock, salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the blender jug tightly, place the jug on the base, switch on and choose smooth soup function, then hit the on function again to start.
You could also ask it to start by speaking to the blender or using your app.
Once the blender has cooked and blended the soup, serve while hot.
